After attending numerous yoga classes with a variety of teachers I found myself at Julia’s. There I found what had been missing from the others. Julia’s style of teaching is nothing short of inspired. Her knowledge of yoga, her enthusiasm and her intuition for student’s needs took my practice further than I thought possible. I left each class with a profound state of well-being and peace.

Julia’s classes combine graceful and flowing postures that work on a deep level with mindful awareness of breath and purpose. I come away from her sessions feeling relaxed, more expansive and with a much clearer mind. A wonderful teacher who has taught me so much more than yoga.

I’ve finally got into a routine of doing 10 minutes yoga every morning, which I enjoy but I’ve not found a class as good as Julia’s. Loved the Prananyama & Meditation particularly.
